Billing & financial assistance
Pay your bill
Pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person. Interest-free payment plans are available for balances of any size.
Financial assistance
Households under 400% of the federal poverty level may qualify for discounted care; under 200% may qualify for fully forgiven balances.
Price estimates
Request a good-faith estimate before a scheduled service. Uninsured patients receive an estimate in writing.
Visiting, parking & wayfinding
Visiting hours
- General inpatient units: 9 a.m.–8 p.m. daily
- Intensive care: 10 a.m.–6 p.m., two visitors at a time
- Maternity: support person may stay 24 hours
- Pediatrics: one parent or guardian may stay overnight
- Emergency department: one visitor per patient
Parking & getting here
- Free surface parking in Lots A and B, with 40 accessible spaces
- Covered valet at the main entrance, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. weekdays
- Emergency parking is directly outside the ER entrance on the north side
- City bus routes 4 and 11 stop at the Riverside Parkway entrance
- Wheelchairs and escorts available at every entrance desk
